National Law University conducts all India Law Entrance Test (AILET), Delhi (NLU Delhi) for admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctorate (Ph.D.) level law courses. This is a national-level entrance exam for law programs at NLU Delhi only.AILET Exam Date 2023

Eligibility

Education Qualification: 
  • 10+2 or an equivalent examination with 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) 
  • Candidates appearing for the 12 th standard annual examination in 2023 are eligible to apply.

LL.M.([ONE YEAR PROGRAMME)

Eligibility

Education Qualification: 

  • LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities)
  • Candidates appearing for final year LL.B
  • annual examination in 2023 is eligible to apply. 

Seats Available:

  • Total Seats - 80
  • Additional Supernumerary Seats: One seat for Kashmiri Migrants. 

Ph.D. PROGRAMME

Eligibility

Education Qualification: 
LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).

  • UGC-JRF       -5 
  • AILET Merit  -5  
  • Fellowship through AILET Merit - 4 Seats and Foreign Nationals-2 Seats).

ONLINE APPLICATION FEE

Application Fee -3500/-

About NIFT
